Senior level position for high energy person who oversees and manages the overall day-to-day operation of a Merlin Shop. Candidate must be focused on customer satisfaction and shop profitability, be able to execute the Merlin sales process, and enforce other policies and procedures while maintaining a professional image.
Provides day-to day leadership and motivation of the shop team with a commitment to customer satisfaction. Enforces and executes Merlin’s sales process and procedures to maintain a professional image and profitable operation. Duties and responsibilities include inventory/cash control, facility image and upkeep, recruitment and growth of employees through online and offsite training. Other duties and responsibilities of this position also include cash management and daily record keeping, managing shop maintenance schedules, and achieving sales and traffic goals.
