Through M.A.Ps, individuals can earn money to purchase their own home or their very own Merlin shop. New technicians can get the tools they need to start their careers off right. Existing Merlin employees and Franchisees can even get rewarded for helping others to discover Merlin and helping them open their own Merlin shop. EMPLOYEE OWNERSHIP PROGRAM (EOP)
Provides a career path and up to $10,000 equity assistance to Merlin Employees and employee candidates who want to realize their dream of becoming a Merlin Franchisee
EXPERIENCE PAYS PROGRAM (EPP)
Attracts new employees with prior industry experience and provides them with $7,500 equity assistance toward becoming a Merlin Franchisee.
FRANCHISEE REFERRAL PROGRAM (FRP)
Provides $5,000 financial incentive to existing Merlin Shop Employees and franchisees that refer new candidates that possess superior management skills who ultimately become a Franchisee at a new Merlin Shop.
TOOL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM (TAP)
Attracts high-potential, career minded, entry level technical employees who desire to work in automotive repair and maintenance by providing them with the tool assistance they need to begin their career.
HOMEOWNERSHIP ASSISTANCE PROGRAM (HAP)
Assists Merlin Franchisees to retain high-performing employees by subsidizing $7,000 toward the purchase of a home.
