REAP (Real Estate Assistance Program)
Do you want to own your own home – or perhaps buy a bigger house? With Merlin’s Real Estate Assistance Program (REAP) Merlin employees can make homeownership a reality. This unique program provides qualifying Merlin employees with $7,000 toward the purchase of their own primary residence.
Do you have prior industry experience? If so, you may have just found a faster way to shop ownership. With Merlin you can turn your previous experience into dollars. Based on length of service with a competitor, Merlin employees (and franchisee candidates) can earn up to $15,000 toward the acquisition of a Merlin shop.
EDP (Entrepreneur Development Program)
If you want more than just a paycheck and have a desire of owning your own business, Merlin is the place you want to be. Merlin rewards loyalty and performance! Through the Entrepreneur Development Program (EDP), qualifying Merlin employees are awarded up to $10,000 toward the purchase of their own Merlin 200,000 MILES SHOP.
TLP (Two Language Program)
If you possess substantial proficiency in at least one other language (in addition to English) then shop ownership may be in your future. Merlin awards qualified multi-linguistic employees (and franchisee candidates) $10,000 toward the acquisition of their own Merlin 200,000 MILES SHOP.
CDP (Career Development Program)
If you’re interesting in attending college, trade school or another educational institution but some of the realitie$ of life have stood in your way, Merlin’s Career Development Program (CDP) could be your ticket to higher education. With CDP, qualifying Merlin employees are awarded $8,000 toward tuition or other educational expenses. This award can be used to pursue any accredited education and is not limited to automotive related fields.
Inner Circle Program
How about a big screen TV, golf clubs, or a backyard grill? Many Merlin’s employees are earning these and other great rewards. Merlin offers an ongoing employee incentive and retention program that awards shop team members with significant merchandise for reaching various sales and quality goals on a monthly basis.
